Day 1: Zagora – Erg Chegaga

• Departure: Begin your journey in Zagora in a 4×4 vehicle.
• Drâa Valley: Travel through the lush valley known for its palm groves and picturesque kasbahs.
• M’Hamid:
  • Stop at this gateway to the desert for a 1-hour camel excursion, immersing yourself in the nomadic spirit.
  • Continue the journey by 4×4 to Erg Chegaga, home to the tallest dunes in southern Morocco.
• Desert Camp:
  • Arrive at the bivouac nestled among the dunes.
  • Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner by the campfire.
  • Relish the serene atmosphere under a star-filled sky.

Day 2: Erg Chegaga – Foum Zguid – Zagora

• Morning in the Desert:
  • Wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes.
  • Savor a hearty breakfast at the camp.
• 4×4 Adventure:
  • Travel across the striking Lake Iriki plains, a dried-up lake offering surreal landscapes.
  • Pass through Foum Zguid, marking the end of the desert track.
